Team is the organizational plan. It includes everything in Pro for every seat and adds centralized administration, team-wide analytics, shared skills, and Ontology.
Team-only capabilities

Team sharing
- Team-wide sharing — Share selected integrations, repositories, sessions, contexts, and folders with everyone, admins, or a specific teammate
- Membership-based access — Team access begins and ends with active membership
You can share integrations, repositories, individual sessions, contexts, and folders through a team. Contexts and folders support Viewer or Editor access.
Personal direct sharing is not Team-only. Plus and Pro users can share the same resource types directly with one existing Nessie user; Team is for organization-level administration, infrastructure, and membership-based sharing. See Personal and Team plan sharing for a side-by-side comparison.
