Read AI lets Nessie import meeting reports, full transcripts, and folder structure from your Read AI account.
What Nessie gets from Read AI:
- Meeting reports - the summary Read AI generates for each completed meeting, readable as a meeting note in Library
- Transcripts - every speaker turn in order, indexed for search and readable alongside the report
- Folders - your Read AI folders stay browsable in Library, including meetings that live in more than one folder and meetings with no folder
How to connect:
- Go to Settings → Integrations
- Click Add integration
- Select Read AI
- Click Start setup. Nessie creates a client ID and client secret for you to copy into Read AI
- Click Continue in Read AI and paste both details into the Read AI page that opens. Leave the Redirect URI unchanged
- Approve access. Read AI then shows a command starting with
curl - Copy that whole command and paste it into Nessie. You do not need to run it in Terminal
- Give the account a name and click Connect
How sync works: Nessie connects to Read AI's API with the authorization you approved and imports every completed meeting. It checks for new and updated meetings every 15 minutes, and only fetches a meeting's report and transcript once Read AI has finished generating them, so meetings that are still processing show up on a later sync. Folder moves and title changes in Read AI are reflected in Nessie on the next sync.
Requirements:
- A Read AI account. If you use a Read AI workspace, ask a workspace admin to enable Downloads under Workspace Settings → Reports & Sharing. If you do not see Workspace Settings, no admin step is needed
- On a free Read AI plan, meetings beyond the monthly report quota are skipped until the quota resets. Other meetings keep syncing
Multiple accounts: You can connect multiple Read AI accounts, such as work and personal. Read AI may keep you signed in after you log out, so when connecting another account, open the authorization page in a private window or clear Read AI cookies first. Existing connections keep syncing.
Reconnecting: If Read AI's authorization expires, the integration shows a Reconnect action in Settings. Reconnecting repeats the setup steps above for that account only.
Data storage: Your Read AI reports and transcripts are stored locally by default. If Cloud Sync is enabled, synced Read AI sources can be stored in Nessie Cloud so they are available to MCP, Teams, agents, and your other devices. Your Read AI credentials and tokens stay in the operating system's credential store on the machine where you connected the source, and you can disconnect anytime from Settings.
