The individual plans include personal sharing. The Team plan includes the same direct sharing, plus membership-based team audiences.

Choose Personal access when one existing Nessie user needs access and you do not need a shared team. Choose a team audience when access should follow team membership or reach everyone, admins, or a named member through the team.
Personal and team grants are independent. The same person can have both. Removing one grant leaves another applicable grant in force, and leaving a team does not remove a separate personal grant.
Manage from the CLI
CLI sharing follows the same plan rules: personal email grants are available with Plus or higher, while team audiences require Team. Use nessie sharing get, nessie sharing add, or nessie sharing remove to inspect or change grants, and see the CLI reference for syntax and examples.
